ASROCK is prepping the X470 Taichi and X470 Taichi Ultimate motherboards for AMD's second-gen Ryzen processors. VideoCardz scored another exclusive by posting the first photos of these motherboards. The main difference between the two models is that the Ultimate edition has an AQUANTIA 10Gb port, power/reset buttons, and a slightly different, less dark color theme.
Apart from that, they both have three PCIe x16 slots (two reinforced), two PCIe x1 slots and two M.2 interfaces (one shielded). And yes, they both have WiFi AC.
