GELID Tornado budget HSF hits retail shelves

GELID shows off the Tornado, a new processor cooler with a copper base, four nickel-plated copper heatpipes, an aluminium fin array, and a 120mm PWM fan. Overall it's not much special. GELID rates it at up to 160W TDP and offers a 2-year warranty. The retail pricing should be around $27 (22EUR, excl. VAT).
