AMD posted the specifications of the Radeon RX 500X series on its Radeon RX series page.

With exception of the Radeon RX 550X, all these cards have identical specifications vis-à-vis the original Radeon RX 500 series. The new series is exclusively for OEMs, so you won't see any Radeon RX 500X series discrete video cards on retail shelves.

AMD has Radeon RX 580X, 570X, 560X, 550X cards for pre-made PCs, as well as RX 560X, 540X, and non-RX 540X chips for the mobile market.

At the moment, it's not clear why AMD is marketing this refresh, the whole point eludes us.
