Is the ARM-based laptop from Apple real after all? A couple of days ago, there was an interesting rumor from 9 to 5 Mac about Apple's Star project. The site heard about model "N84" and predicted it could be the first ARM-based Mac, or an iOS-based laptop. Bloomberg on the other hand said this project is more likely to be a lower-end version of the iPhone X.

Interestingly, DigiTimes backs up the story from 9 to 5 Mac and writes Pegatron is likely to land orders to manufacture an ARM-based MacBook. This model is codenamed Star and reportedly has series number N84.
