ASUS enters the high-end PSU market with the introduction of the ROG THOR 1200W Platinum, a fully modular unit with 80Plus Platinum certification. TechPowerUp shot some photos at Computex and reports this unit features an OLED display that provides real-time power draw readouts.

The unit has twelve 6+2-pin PCIe power connectors and two 4+4-pin EPS connectors, and is equipped with an IP5X dust-proof fan that stays off under a certain load/temperature threshold. The user can override this zero noise mode with the push of a button on the unit's back.

Interestingly, the PSU also joints the RGB All the Things race by incorporating RGB LED accents all of its body, including a backlit ROG logo. Naturally, you can contorl the LEDs via ASUS Aura Sync RGB.
