NordicHardware heard from its sources that pre-orders for NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 2080 video card will go live on Monday. NVIDIA is expected to introduce one or more Turing-based video cards at Monday's GeForce Gaming Celebration.

VideoCardz recommends to check whether your retailer has a green logo on social media, that may to be a good hint to verify whether they're onboard with the GTX RTX 2080 pre-order thing.
NordicHardware confirmed with a few retailers that preorders will go live on Monday. You can determine which retailer will offer this option by following their social media accounts. Apparently, those with green avatars are more than likely to participate in preorders.

The website also confirmed with their sources that new card might cost between 7000 to 8000 Swedish Kronor. That puts it between GTX 1080 and GTX 1080 Ti.
On a related note, sampling is reportedly very limited. That's the reason why we haven't seen performance leaks yet.

NVIDIA is keeping everything under tight wraps and will hand samples to reviewers at Monday's event. So basically, pre-orders will open well before the first reviews hit the web, which is far from ideal for consumers.
