Seeking Alpha reports AMD has won a patent case against Vizio. Some of the latter's TVs are now no longer allowed to enter the US market.

In a round of patent litigation at the International Trade Commission, Vizio and Sigma Designs were found to infringe on one graphics processing patent held by AMD. The latter also alleged violation of a second patent, but this was dismissed.

AMD's complaint was similar to patent litigation filed against LG. That case got settled.
