NVIDIA: OC Scanner tool does not void warranty

HardOCP clears up some confusion about the upcoming OC Scanner tool for NVIDIA GeForce RTX video cards. First the site heard from NVIDIA's Support that the tool voids warranty, but after publishing an initial article about this HardOCP got this message from NVIDIA's PR:
Hi, this is not true. It does not void the warranty.
So there you go. The Scanner tool will offer a simpler way to stress test our overclocks, it promises to run your card settings through a series of automated tests to check whether your overclock is stable. The tool will run a test, adjust clocks and voltage, and rerun until it hits success.
