Andreas Schilling from German tech site Hardwareluxx posted two photos on Twitter that confirm the existence of the Radeon RX 590, as well as the fact that this card uses a new Polaris GPU made on a 12nm FinFET process.

Based on earlier rumors, this second refresh of the Polaris series will offer somewhat higher clockspeeds. You can expect 10-15 percent higher performance. Pricing and availability is still unknown, but it will likely arrive in November.
