writes Just Cause 4 is the latest example of this. The game has been cracked in just one day, showing Denuvo doesn't make a lot of sense anymore.
Just Cause 4 is the latest game using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech and it appears that this tech is no longer doing its job. We don’t know whether Denuvo plans to release a new version that will be harder to crack, however Just Cause 4 has been cracked in just one day.
At this point, Square Enix is simply hurting itself by keeping the Denuvo anti-tamper tech in Just Cause 4 as it can no longer protect it. Not only that, but the publisher is also losing sales from those that are boycotting games that have Denuvo.
