In a short statement on the Windows 10 update history page, Microsoft reveals its Windows 10 October 2018 Update is now available to everyone via manual download. Users who want to force installation of this update can do it by manually selecting "Check for updates" via Windows Update.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update has become one of Microsoft's most infamous updates. Originally released in October, the updated got pulled days after its release due to a serious file deletion bug. Then another data loss bug with .zip files was discovered and the update's rollout wasn't resumed until November 13, 2018.
