NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 rumored to cost $349

VideoCardz writes NVIDIA plans to introduce it GeForce RTX 2060 video card for $349. The model is expected to be announced on January 7 and should hit retail stores on January 15.

The card is based on the TU106-300 GPU, which offers 1920 CUDA cores, 30 RT cores, 240 Tensor cores, 120 TMUs, and 48 ROPs. It has a 1365MHz base clock, 1680MHz Boost, 6GB GDDR6 memory clocked at 14Gbps, and a 160W TDP.

NVIDIA's Reviewers Guide reportedly states the RTX 2060 offers performance similar to the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti.
According to the same guide, RTX 2060 is said to provide playable experience in Battlefield V with ray tracing enabled (1080p):

  • Battlefield V: RT Off: 90 FPS
  • Battlefield V: RT On + DLSS Off: 65 FPS
  • Battlefield V: RT On + DLSS On: 88 FPS
