Gigabyte announces the availability of BIOS updates that add support for Intel's
latest 9th Gen Core CPUs that were introduced at CES 2019. Updates are available for the firm's Z390, H370, B360, and H310 based motherboards.
GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, has updated its motherboard BIOS to maximize compatibility for the new Intel® F series Core i processors. The new BIOS updates have been uploaded to the official GIGABYTE website for users to download so they can optimize performance from their new processors.
The newest 9th Gen. Intel® F series Core™ i processors have removed integrated graphics to conserve resources for mainstream users using dedicated graphics cards. Although GIGABYTE motherboards already fully support 9th Gen. Intel® Core™ i processors and users can install their new processors and dedicated graphics cards, GIGABYTE has specifically updated its BIOS for users to experience optimized performance on the 9th Gen. Intel® F series Core™ i processors. GIGABYTE has updated the BIOS for the Z390/H370/B360/H310 chipset motherboard product lines. GIGABYTE strongly recommends users to upgrade their BIOS for the best performance from these new processors.
