AMD Navi said to be delayed until October 2019 or later

Word is going around that the arrival of AMD's Navi GPU may take longer than expected. Previously, the chip was anticipated towards the middle of the year, but now French tech site CowCotLand heard whispers that AMD delayed Navi to October 2019, and that's a best-case scenario.
