Legit Reviews heard from sources at video card makers that there will be no custom-design AMD Navi based video cards at launch. AMD's reference design is expected to hit the market in July but for custom-design cards you'll have to wait two more months.

Sapphire said it will bring back its Toxic brand, which is used for high-specced video cards:
That means roughly two months of delay from the launch of the stock clocked Navi cards and when the factory overclocked cards land according to Sapphire. Sapphire fans will be glad to hear that the company is bringing back its Toxic line of cards.

The Toxic cards historically where high-speced cards with impressive performance. There were no Toxic cards with the last gen of GPUs from AMD.
ASRock on the other hand told ComputerBase that it would launch custom-design Navi cards in August.
