Microsoft confirmed the upcoming Windows 10 19H2 release will be a relatively small update that will focus on select performance improvements, enterprise features, and quality enhancements. Instead of requiring a full install like previous Windows 10 releases, the 19H2 release will offer a new servicing option that will result in an install that's similar to Patch Tuesday updates.

Do note that this option will be exclusively available if you're running Windows 10 version 1903. Older versions of Windows 10 will require a full install to upgrade to 19H2.
Starting today, we will begin releasing 19H2 as a Windows 10 Insider Preview Build to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. Windows Insiders who have opted into the Fast ring have been providing feedback on 20H1 builds from our development branch since February 14. As we are using a controlled feature rollout (CFR) to gain better feedback on overall build quality, you may not see the new 19H2 features right away.
Microsoft anticipates Windows 10 19H2 will be ready for rollout in September 2019.
