There is now a flamethrower add-on for drones (video)

Throwflame shows off the TF-19 Drone Flamethrower attachment. As the name suggests, this is world's first flamethrower that can be mounted on a commercial-grade drone. With a one gallon fuel tank, this flying flamethrower can hit targets of up to 25 feet away, and produce a stream of fire for up to 100 seconds.

I'm not sure what good can come from this, but Throwflame is selling its drone flamethrower attachment for $1,499. All I know is I definitely don't want any of my neighbors playing with this..
Why would you genuinely need such a thing? Well, there was that one example where a flamethrower drone was used to clear power lines in China... and the company suggests it can be used for controlled grass burns, and to destroy wasp nests, as a couple examples.
