Mozilla announced Firefox 70 will start marking all non-HTTPS websites as "not secure", similar to what Google's Chrome browser has been doing since the release of Chrome 68 last year. Additionally, this version of Firefox will also come with Have I Been Pwned integration.

The browser's built-in password manager will receive an update, it will be renamed to "Firefox Lockwise" and it will automatically warn users if any saved login data for a domain in the browser matches that of hacked data.
With the new change, about:logins will indicate if the saved login was part of a data breach. The login entry provides this message to the user:

“Passwords were leaked or stolen from this website since you last updated your login details” and alerts the user to change the password to protect his/her account. The learn more link takes the user to Firefox Monitor website in a new tab with breach details of the affected site.
Firefox users can already test Lockwise by enabling it via a hidden parameter in the browser's configuration panel. Instructions can be found at TechDows.

Firefox 70 is scheduled to be released on October 22, 2019.
