PowerColor: Custom-design Radeon RX 5700 XT starts at $399

Via an announcement on Twitter, video card maker PowerColor reveals its upcoming Radeon RX 5700 XT custom-design video cards will start at $399. The first custom-design models from AMD's AIBs are expected later this month, with more to follow in September.
