Photos of what is believed to be a Navi-based Red Devil card from PowerColor are floating around on the Baidu forum. The card has a big triple-fan cooling solution that is larger than the PCB. It uses two 8-pin PCIe power connectors and seems to occupy more than two expansion slots. The card will likely ship later this month or in September.

Next, there are some really tiny photos of the HIS Radeon RX 5700 IceQ X² and the Radeon RX 5700 XT IceQ X². These models feature a dual-fan cooling solution and have the stock frequencies. No word about the launch date either.
