Alienware AW3420DW Nano Color IPS offers 3440 x 1440 pixels with higher color gamut

Alienware teases the AW3420DW, a new 34-incher with a 3440 × 1440 pixels resolution, "fast" response time (it's listed like that in the specifications), 350 nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 178°/178° viewing angles, 1900R curvature, 134.5% sRGB, 98% DCI-P3, and NVIDIA G-SYNC support.

The IPS panel used Nano Color technology and the display's back plus stand features integrated RGB LED highlights. The screen succeeds the AW3418DW, the main difference is the use of Nano Color technology and support for a higher color gamut.
When it comes to connectivity, the display has one DisplayPort 1.2 input and one HDMI 1.4 port, a quad-port USB 3.0 hub (with one upstream port) as well as 3.5-mm audio connectors. Being aimed at gamers, the Alienware AW3420DW has AlienFX RGB lighting with four zones. It also has an adjustable stand.
Typical power consumption is listed as 58W to 110W. The Alienware AW3420DW ships on August 28 or $1,499.
