Despite promises from Microsoft to no longer test updates on the general public, it seems quite a lot is wrong with the Cumulative Update KB4512941 for Windows 10 May 2019 Update. Not only are users complaining about high CPU usage bugs and crippled Windows search, on some computers the update is also giving screenshots an orange tint, regardless of the method or app used to produce the screenshot.

MS Power User reports the issue seems to be linked to old video drivers:
The issue appears to be related to older video drivers, as updating drivers (or uninstalling KB4512941) appears to fix this problem. Microsoft has not yet added the issue to the known issues of the update.
