Swiss e-tailer digitec is taking pre-orders for the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X processor. This new flagship has 16 cores, 32 threads, a 3.5GHz base frequency and a 4.7GHz Boost clockspeed.

Before the page got spotted by global media, digitec listed a shipment date of September 30th. This has later been adjusted to state that it's unknown when the chip will be in inventory. Either way, it's unlikely we'll have to wait much longer for the 3950X as even AMD said the chip will be released sooner rather than later.
The processor is listed for 999 Euros which may be a place holder for now since that equates to $1102 US which is much higher than the MSRP of $749 US.
