Tom's Hardware writer witeken tweets that its now certain that the full Intel Comet Lake-S lineup will have Hyper-Threading. This means four cores and eight threads for the Core i3, six cores and twelve threads for the Core i5, eight cores and sixteen threads for the Core i7, and ten cores and twenty threads for the Core i9.

Comet Lake-S is another 14nm architecture from Intel, based on the Skylake architecture. The chips are expected to hit the market in Q1 2020. At the moment, it's unknown whether Intel will have a mainstream 10nm desktop processor. The chip giant is rolling out 10nm parts for the mobile market but there are a lot of rumors that the desktop market will largely remain on 14nm until 7nm is ready.
