Perhaps not the most exciting product launch of the day but GELID is now shipping GP-Ultimate thermal pads. These non-electrical conductive thermal pads are non-corrosive, non-curing and non-toxic. They have a heat conductivity of 15W/mK and are intended for a broad number of applications. GELID ships 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm thick pads.
GP-Ultimate is designed to provide perfect thermal contact to heatsinks when installed on PCB with height differences and uneven surfaces such as power MOSFETs, chipsets, analog ICs, micro-controller units and other high-temperature SMD components.
GP-Ultimate features easy application and has the thermal pad dimensions of 90x50mm with 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm thickness versions to best fit for large surfaces of GPU cards, motherboards, add-on cards and any other densely packed electronic device.
