AMD 3rd gen Ryzen Threadripper box leaks 3960X priced at $1,399?

Ahead of the official launch later today, VideoCardz has some fresh Threadripper leaks. First up, the site published two photos of the box design that will likely be used by both the Threadripper 3960X and 3970X processors. The packaging has a number so it's not known whether this is for the regular production run or some sort of limited edition.

This packaging is numbered like collectors edition, so it might be a limited edition, we just don’t know yet.

Next, the site also posted the latest pricing leaks. It seems the 24-core Threadripper 3960X may cost $1,399, while the 32-core Threadripper 3970X may cost $1,999. Take the pricing with a grain of salt as there have been several different price leaks this week. The official pricing will be revealed in a couple of hours.
