Troublesome PC launch for Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 was supposed to be one of the big PC game launches of the year but the release of this console port is not going as smooth as expected. The web got flooded with complaints, ranging from folks being unable to start the game, issues with crashes, video and audio glitches, stuttering and freezing, and other performance problems.

Rockstar Games rolled out a patch but many users are still having issues. Via Twitter, the company says they're working on solving these problems. It may be necessary to restart the Rockstar Launcher to receive the November 5 update.
