First in-game trailer of Age of Empires IV (video)

Microsoft shows off the first gameplay footage of Age of Empires 4. This new entry in this hugely popular RTS series will be released at a yet unknown date. The video below shows a cinematic fly-over of an attack in a Medieval setting. Compared with the previous games, the new version looks a lot more immersive. The game engine has a lot more capabilities, the level of detail is much greater and the world feels a lot richer. In the trailer, Microsoft describes the footage as pre-alpha gameplay so it seems a release isn't going to happen anytime soon.
