ATI Catalyst 5.9 performance analysis

Yesterday ATI released their latest Catalyst driver for users of Radeon graphics cards. The new driver promises plenty of bug fixes but what about performance? Read on as we take a look at the new Catalyst 5.9 drivers compared against the pervious version to see if it's worth upgrading from a performance prospective.
