Bleeping Computer
writes that while the Windows 10 November 2019 Update doesn't seem to be causing a flood of issues, there is a problem with the integration of Windows Search into the File Explorer. This is one of the few new features in Windows 10 version 1909, it automatically suggests files in the File Explorer based on your search keyboard.
However, it seems that on a number of systems, the feature is causing hangs. These can be fixed by closing the File Explorer.
Unfortunately, users have started experiencing bugs in this new search experience that briefly hangs File Explorer, does not allow you to right-click and paste into the search field, and causes the search field to become unresponsive so that you cannot type anything.
