AMD published version 2.04.04.111 of its Ryzen chipset drivers, you can find it
over here. The new version promises better general system stability and fixes some installation bugs.
Interestingly, the known issues list consists entirely of installation bugs.

Installer may not update a sub-package to the latest version: Workaround: Manually uninstall any prior sub-package, reboot, then re-install the full Chipset package
