Intel asking NUC makers to skip or delay AMD builds?

Is Intel back with its old antics? AnandTech's Ian Cutress hints on Twitter that prominent NUC makers are receiving incentives to not make AMD versions (or delay them). The first NUCs with AMD's Picasso are expected soon, which is about a year after we saw this chip in laptops.
