NVIDIA preparing 90nm G71

Within a couple of days NVIDIA will launch the mobile GeForce Go 7800 GTX GPU and VR-Zone heard it will be clocked at 400MHz core and 550MHz memory. This will basically be the same GPU as the desktop version but with a lower clock speed and some power saving features.

It's also reported NVIDIA is preparing a 90nm based G71 to counter ATI's R520. This chip will arrive within a couple of months.
