be quiet! Pure Rock 2 arrives next month

be quiet! send out word that its Pure Rock 2 mainstream processor cooler will hit the market in the coming weeks. This HSF will be offered in a silver version for 39EUR and an all-black version for 44EUR. The manufacturer says this model was designed for silence and a high performance/price ratio.

Pure Rock 2 measures 87mm x 121mm x 155mm and weighs 575g. It features an aluminium heatsink with four 6mm diameter direct-touch heatpipes and it uses an off-set design to offer maximum clearance for memory. Airflow is provided by a 120mm Pure Wings 2 PWM fan with a noise level of maximum 26.8dBA.

The cooler is designed for up to 150W TDP cooling effiency and supports Intel LGA1200 / 2066 / 1150 / 1151 / 1155 / 2011(-3) and AMD Socket AM4 / AM3(+) processors.
