DigiTimes: NVIDIA using TSMC for 7nm and 5nm

Taiwanese tech site DigiTimes picked up rumors that TSMC will remain the major foundry partner of GPU maker NVIDIA.

There were some rumors in recent weeks that NVIDIA had contracted Samsung for the production of a chip on the South Korean's 5nm EUV process node.

The TSMC report doesn't directly deny the possibility of NVIDIA using Samsung's 5nm process, but it does seem that TSMC will remain NVIDIA's main partner.
