Semiconductor manufacturing is hard. DigiTimes reports it sources revealed Samsung is having issues with its 5nm EUV process.

This node will be used for Qualcomm's next-gen flagship 5G mobile chips but it's rumored that these may need to be delayed as Samsung is unable to achieve satisfactory yields.

Samsung has been offering foundry services for some time now but the South Korean electronics giant is still struggling to attract clients.
