Neowin reports Sony is doing its best to score as many exclusivity deals as possible for its PlayStation 5 console. Last week, there was the announcement that Marvel's Avengers video game would exclusively star Spider-Man as a playable character on the PS5, and now there's word that Sony reportedly approached all major third-party game developers. The Japanese electronics giant is interested in both content and game deals, and is allegedly offering a lot more money than Microsoft:
Kinda Funny's Imran Khan has revealed on ResetEra that Sony has approached all major third party companies, offering them more than Microsoft for similar exclusivity deals. Khan claims that:

There isn't a major third party out there Sony failed to approach asking what kind of deals they could work out. Some had content, some had games, some had content and games. It is not like Microsoft was not willing to offer, they just didn't want to pay the asking price, because Sony approached with pretty high numbers in the first place.

That "PlayStation Advantage" branding and "Console Exclusive" wording are both going to get a lot of use in the next few years.
