Apacer: DRAM and NAND oversupply until H1 2021

Before the coronavirus pandemic, market watchers prediced memory pricing would spike this year. Now it looks like the market is in oversupply and this is resulting in nice deals if you're planning to upgrade your PC or build a new system.

DigiTimes quotes the boss of Apacer Technology, who states both the DRAM and NAND flash memory market will remain oversupplies until the first half of next year as the coronavirus pandemic hit consumer device demand hard:
DRAM, NAND flash in oversupply: The DRAM and NAND flash markets will be oversupplied until the first half of 2021, according to Chang Chia-kun, president for memory module maker Apacer Technology.
