VideoCardz came across the first photo of the NVIDIA GA102-300 GPU. This is the chip that is used by the soon-to-be-released NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 flagship. It's believed that this GPU has 5248 CUDA cores.
The picture does not show the full graphics processor, but we can read the codename quite clearly. The processor is a qualification sample (QUAL SAMPLE), which means it was distributed to board partners for custom graphics card development.
NVIDIA is also said to have a GA102-400 GPU for the Ampere-based TITAN, but that model isn't expected in September.
