EK Waterblocks shows Ampere waterblocks

EK Waterblocks has prepared a number of waterblocks for the GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 lineup. The new EK-Quantum Vector RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB is available in nickel + plexi (pictured below), nickel + acetal, copper + plexi, and copper + acetal variants. Pricing varies from $139.99 to $159.99. Do note that these blocks are designed for the GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 reference designs. The Founders Editions from NVIDIA are not compatible as these are custom models and not reference designs.

EK-Quantum Vector RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB water block is compatible with most reference design (not Founders Edition) GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 based graphics cards, but as always, we recommend that you refer to the EK® Cooling Configurator for a precise compatibility match.

The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM, and the VRM (voltage regulation module) as cooling liquid is channeled directly over these critical areas. These newly developed water blocks feature optimized flow paths which reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and vortexing (dead spots) inside the GPU water blocks.
