A new PCI Express 4.0 SSD from ADATA! The company introduces its XPG GAMMIX S70, this M.2 model promises read speeds of up to 7400MB/s and write speeds of up to 6400MB/s. It's offered in 1TB and 2TB capacities but ADATA doesn't share information about the type of NAND used nor the controller. ADATA equipped the SSD with its CoolArmor aluminium heatsink -- this cooler looks quite beefy but at first sight it could cause clearance issues with other hardware. Pricing and availability is unknown.
With the latest PCIe Gen4 interface, the GAMMIX S70 will help you dominate the competition with sequential read/write performance of up to 7400/6400/MB per second. That's up to two times faster than PCIe 3.0 SSDs! For ease of use, it's backward compatible with PCIe 3.0.
