After a two months investigation, Microsoft decided to pull the KB4559309 update for Windows 10 as many users complained about boot performance issues after the installation of this patch. MSPowerUser reports Microsoft replaced the update with KB4576754, which supposedly does the same thing without causing slow boot times.

KB4559309 was rolled out in June, it's the cumulative update that replaced the old EdgeHTML-based Edge browser with the new Chromium-based release.
