MSI to offer Combo PI V2 1.1.0.0 BIOS with Zen 3 support

Within a couple of days, MSI will distribute the first beta BIOS updates with AMD's AGESA Combo PI V2 1.1.0.0. The first 500-series motherboards will get this beta release soon, with other X570 and B550 motherboards to follow around mid-October. Owners of A520 motherboards will need to wait until the end of October for the beta release. MSI also notes that the final (aka non-beta) version of this BIOS update is expected around late October for X570 and B550 motherboards.

New in this release is support for AMD's upcoming Zen 3-based "Vermeer" Ryzen 5000 series processors, which will be announced on October 8. There's also better CPU and DDR4 overclocking support.
