Intel Graphics driver 27.20.100.8783 - the Xe launch driver

Intel has published version 27.20.100.8783 of its Graphics driver over here. This release has optimizations for Rogue Company and Star Wars: Squadrons. It also fixes an intermittent crash issue with Resident Evil 3 (DX12). It's the Xe launch driver so it packs a lot of new features too.
