Just for the fun of it, Twitter user Strife212 installed Crysis 3 on her NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 video card. To be more precise, Strife212 used the GPU RAM Drive software to create a 15GB NTFS partition on the video card's made. This partition was then used to install Crysis 3, leaving another 9GB of video ram for the game. At least in theory, using video memory like this should result in super fast loading times as the GDDR6X used by the RTX 3090 is a lot faster than DDR4, which in turn is a lot faster than a SSD.
She reports Crysis 3 loads fast, and performance is really good (screenshot shows 75FPS). She ran Crysis 3 at 4k very high settings with VRAM utilization barely hitting the 20GB mark.
