AMD confirms Zen 3 is Ryzen 5000 series

It was rumored for a couple of weeks now, but now there's official confirmation from AMD that there will not be a Ryzen 4000 series for the desktop market. The new Zen 3-based Vermeer parts, which will be announced later today, will use Ryzen 5000 series branding. A reference to the "Ryzen 5000" was made in the title of the livestream link, but it has since been adjusted to a more generic "AMD Ryzen™ Desktop Processors". You can expect the announcement within 7 hours.
