AMD teased its Ryzen 5000 series today, these new Zen 3-based processors promise quite a punch. The company says they've managed to increase IPC by 19 percent and says gamers can expect 26 percent higher average performance in Full HD games! The new CPUs will ship on November 5.

Surprisingly, AMD also teased the performance of its Radeon RX 6000 series. 4K gaming performance scores were provided of Borderlands 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and Gears of War 5. All three were benched at the highest possible settings on a gaming system with the upcoming Ryzen 9 5950X processor.

Unfortunately, not a lot of details were provided. AMD didn't say whether these are the scores of the fastest Navi 21-based video card:

It's also hard to draw comparisons as the exact benchmark conditions are unknown -- plus the tests were performed on a system with a processor that hasn't hit the market yet. German tech site Planet 3DNow! did its best to draw some comparisons and the conclusion seems to be that this mystery "Big Navi" card is slower than NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3080.

More details about the Big Navi lineup will be revealed on October 28.
