NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3070 will be available on October 29 and performance numbers are hitting the web. VideoCardz spotted some performance figures of the Ashes of the Singularity benchmark as well as 3DMark scores. The site also talked to reviews and got to hear that the RTX 3070 scores similar in synthetic benchmarks as the previous-generation's flagship model. Furthermore, the RTX 3070 is said to be slightly faster than the RTX 2080 Ti in real-world gaming.
The RTX 3070 scores 8,749 points in Fire Strike Ultra (Graphics) test with 17,115 points in Fire Strike Extreme. In Time Spy Extreme the card scores 6,907 points and 13,945 in the ‘performance’ preset. In ray tracing DX12 benchmark called Port Royal, the RTX 3070 scores 8324 points.
The GeForce RTX 3070 has a GA104 GPU with 5888 CUDA cores and 8GB GDDR6 memory.
