AMD: Radeon RX 6000 series reference cards are still being made

Earlier today there was a rumor about AMD's Radeon RX 6000 series reference cards no longer being in production, thereby contradicting earlier claims from AMD that these models would be manufactured until January 2021. Beyond that date, only custom-design cards from AMD's add-in board partners would be produced.

Now AMD Radeon general manager Scott Herkelman reveals via Twitter that production of the reference designs has been extended indefinitely due to popular demand:



At the moment, it's still very hard to get your hands on these cards and that isn't expected to change soon.
