STAR WARS Battlefront II is now free on Epic Games Store

Another really nice freebie from Epic Games. Until January 21, the game publisher is offering free copies of STAR WARS Battlefront II: Celebration Edition. Once claimed, this game is yours to keep forever. If you have an Epic Games Store account you can grab the game over here.

Created by DICE, the original version of Battlefront II was released in November 2017. At the time, there was quite a bit of controversy about the game's microtransactions, in particular the loot box system. Overall, the game received mixed reviews but you can't beat free stuff.
